Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at the Ionia City Hall, 114 N. Kidd Street, PO Box 496, Ionia, Michigan, 48846, at which time they will be opened, for a three-year lease on two parcels of farmland totaling 98 acres, located in the City of Ionia, Michigan, more specifically identified as Parcel 34-204-800-000-005-20 (Riverside Drive parcel - 58 acres) and Parcel 34- 204-850000-010-00 (W. Main Street parcel - 40 acres).

Both parcels were farmed during the 2023 growing season. 

A physical copy of the bid form must be submitted to City Hall at the address provided below. Electronic submittals will not be accepted.
