Cancellation & Reschedule Policy – Ionia Theatre

We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled event or booking. *Note for larger events: Please refer to your event contract for specific cancellation terms.

General Guidelines:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking (subject to your event contract).
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
