[ARCHIVED] Dial-a-Ride Microtransit Survey

The City of Ionia is launching a new microtransit transportation program called I-Go, a real-time, on-demand service that provides trips throughout the Ionia County area. I-Go is a new service, expanding I-DART’s current service options. To ride I-Go, you would request and pay for your ride with a mobile app or by phone. Once your trip is booked, on the mobile app you could track the progress of the vehicle until it arrives at your designated pickup location. You can book rides in real-time or by scheduling your trip in advance. The service is similar to Uber or Lyft but will be more affordable.

Help guide the City's implementation of this new service by completing the following online survey:

If you have any questions about the survey or the I-Go service, contact Dial-A-Ride at (616) 527-4000.
