Final Site Plan Review for Gas Station/Car Wash/Drive-Thru Establishment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The City of Ionia Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:30 PM, Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at City Hall, 114 N. Kidd Street, Ionia, Michigan 48846, to receive comments on the site plan review request made by Bazco Holdings, LLC. The site plan includes a Chillbox convenience store, gas station, car wash, and drive-thru establishment at 421 and 431 W. Lincoln Avenue. The property is located in the B-3, General Business District.
At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Planning Commission may act on the requests.
Comments regarding the request may be offered at the public hearing, mailed to Jonathan Bowman, Assistant City Manager and City Clerk, at the City Hall address listed above, or provided via e-mail to jbowman@ci.ionia.mi.us prior to the public hearing.
