63-Day Master Plan Review Period
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The City of Ionia Master Plan will be available for a 63-day public review period online or at Ionia City Hall, beginning on Thursday, August 7, 2025. All comments and questions from the public are welcome.
Review the draft Master Plan (PDF) to see the City’s long-term vision for land use, development, housing, parks, transportation, and economic growth.

Once the review period ends, the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 8, 2025, at 4:30 PM at Ionia City Hall, 114 N. Kidd Street, Ionia, MI, 48846, in the Council Chambers.
