NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, Ionia City Hall, 114 N. Kidd Street, Ionia, Michigan on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 6:30 PM at a Meeting of the City Council, to receive comments on Ordinance No. 602. If approved, this ordinance codifies ordinances and certain resolutions adopted since March 5, 2025, into the City Code. Following the Public Hearing the City Council will be asked to approve the ordinance on Second Reading. The ordinance will become effective upon publication.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE EDITING AND INCLUSION OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS AS PARTS OF THE VARIOUS COMPONENT CODES OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES AND REPEALING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
