NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificate for 510 Apple Tree Drive
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: A Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, Ionia City Hall, 114 N. Kidd Street, Ionia, Michigan on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 6:30 PM at a meeting of the Ionia City Council, to consider an application for an Industrial Facilities Tax (IFT) Exemption Certificate filed by ASSA Group, Inc., dba Enwork for real property located at 510 Apple Tree Drive, Ionia, Michigan. Following the public hearing City Council may act on the request.
Comments or questions regarding the request may be offered at the public hearing or provided to City Manager, Precia Garland, at the City Hall address above, by phone at (616) 527-5776, or via e-mail at pgarland@ci.ionia.mi.us prior to the public hearing.
