Cassie Rice joined the City of Ionia in December 2024 as the Director of the Downtown Development Authority and Assistant Director of the Ionia Theatre. A proud Ionia County native, Cassie brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to her community. She previously served as Director of Operations for a Grand Rapids-based consulting and management firm, where she honed her leadership and organizational skills. Cassie resides in Ionia with her husband and two children.
