Tom Millard has been a small business owner in Ionia for 25 years. During this time, he has served the public interest as a member of various community boards, including the Ionia Downtown Development Authority (DDA), the Ionia Chamber of Commerce, and the Ionia Theatre. Tom and his wife Jani have been long-time residents of West Washington Street, in Ionia and are both retired.
